Once again, the people have spoken and voted Bell Development as one of the Best Home Builders in the Chattanooga area for 2009.

The "Best of the Best" Peoples' Choice awards give readers of the Chattanooga Times Free Press an opportunity to let everyone know who their favorite businesses are. Ballots are cast through the months of June and July each year and results are tabulated both electronically and again through a third party, non-profit agency. 14,000 readers voted for the Best of the Best.
