They look for and appreciate Good Customer Service and they have been extremely pleased with Alan Carmichael and Ray Sementel and the way they have responded, been on top of everything, and been so Customer Friendly. These people are trying to coordinate a new job here, living out of a small temporary rental, making a 4 hour move from Lexington, KY and continue to work in the meantime. I want to hear them say WOW! everytime I call them and so far they have. I pass on to them all the good things and they are very impressed.

My previous home purchasing experiences have left me skeptical when I find myself shopping for a new home. If you ever build a new home, there is always something not right, I call the Bell guys, they always come, they take care of it, they work with in your schedule and they do good work. "We sat down with Jay to start with, we customized a lot of things and all of those things were done, sometimes people forget things and all, but in this case, they were all done. We couldn't be more pleased with the progress and with everyone's cooperation," explains Don. "We are very pleased with the entire process, the help from the suppliers, the formen, all the wonderful subcontractors, all are very easy to work with, adds, Sue Jordan.The Jordans say they have not only been impressed with how well building their sixth home has gone, but with the actual craftsmanship. "The quality of Jay's stuff has been really more than we expected,very very good," says Don. I love my home, I am very satisfied with everything. And, I am especially satisfied with Jay Bell. We had a problem with our furnace on a Saturday morning, and we couldn't figure out how to turn on our new fireplace. We called Jay Bell and not only were we able to reach him right away, he helped us feel better by telling us not to worry and assuring us that we would have heat. Within 45 minutes Bell staff responded and got our fireplace working and our problem solved..
