Here is some of what our Muli-Level Warranty includes:
Level 1: During the first year you're covered by the Bell Development one-year limited warranty, plus the appliance manufacturer's warranties.

Level 2: Our two-year mechanical systems warranty covers plumbing, electrical, central air conditioning and heating systems.
