Fascinated by new construction and growing up working alongside his father, a well-known Tennessee subcontractor, Manuel brings first hand construction experience to his marketing and sales role at Bell Development. As a leasing agent and property manager, Manuel effectively applies his management skills to overseeing all of Bell’s rental properties. An active sales agent in both Georgia and Tennessee since 2006, Manuel has attained vast knowledge of NW Georgia and the greater Chattanooga area markets, and he has also implemented a wide array of effective marketing techniques throughout his career. With a BS in Business Administration with a focus in Management from DSC, Manuel who is also fluent in both English and Spanish consistently embraces discipline, dedication, and vision in all his endeavors. He enjoys translating for his church, running yearly races, swimming, and biking in his spare time.
