Jay Bell - Operations and Sales Manager

Jay Bell is an accomplished heavy equipment operator, carpenter, construction superintendent and well respected real estate agent. With a BA in Political Science from the University of Tennessee, Chattanooga, Jay brings a wealth of construction and real estate knowledge to all projects. He oversees the new home and lot sales for all Bell properties and handles the subdivision design and construction, from the purchase of the raw land to the final finished neighborhoods. The home building side of Bell really took off when youngest son Jay took the helm in 1998. Jay helped take the family business from selling 45 lots in a year to over 300 a year for the past ten years. Like father, like son, Jay learned first hand from his dad, the ins and outs of the residential building business. When he is not selling homes, Jay enjoys reading, fishing and time with his family: wife, Tere and their two children.
