Mariana Bates - Office Manager

Mariana brings to the Bell team over 30 years of office management, bookkeeping and training experience across various industry disciplines;'oilfield, avionics, medical,' telecommunications, etc. Additionally, she has hands-on survey and engineering experience, specifically in Hamilton County, including knowledge of various Federal, State and Local regulatory procedures. She has a thorough knowledge of FEMA flood mapping processes and flood studies.

Mariana attended California State University as a pre-law major. She is married and has two grown children. Her spare time is spent fishing, and gardening.
